Terms & Conditions
*$35 $15 Membership join fee for first child & $10 every other child
*All fees to paid upon booking to secure day and time
*Payments are nonrefundable or transferable
*Cash or upfront payments are for the 12wk term in advance
*Dishonored payments will incur a $5 admin fee
*Parents must wear a T-shirt or rash vest in water
*0-3yrs must wear a swim nappy. Can also be purchased at reception
*Assessments/feedback is on request prior to lesson
*Lessons Do Not run on public holidays – there is no charge for those days
*Lessons will run regardless of weather
*A makeup will be offered if unforeseen closure is needed
*Parents are Not allowed to interrupt teachers during lessons. Please see
reception staff.
*Children under 10 must be supervised during the lesson and while within the
Centre
*Arrive in plenty of time is advised to have your child ready for their lesson
*Caps and Goggles are advised for 3yrs+ and hair tied back
*No photography is allowed from any device unless prior permission is granted
from management
*Seahorse Swim School is not liable for any loss, damage or theft of any
property belonging to you or your guest including minors
Makeup's
*2 makeup lessons per term and are valid for 30 days from missed lesson
*Notification of unattendance is required at least 2hrs prior to the lesson
*Cancellation of membership forfeits any owed makeups
*Subject to availability
*If a makeup lesson is missed it cannot be rebooked
*Makeups are Not guaranteed and only available when pre-arranged
*Makeups cannot be back dated, extended, transferred or used to reduce the
next Direct Debit
*Dr Certificates will be needed for extended illness/injury
*Makeups are due to class availability and may not be able to book more than
1 week in advance
*Cannot book where classes are full as we do not overbook classes
Cancellations
*Cancellation notice needs to be in writing ans received at least 2wks prior to
the next Direct debit.
*If a membership is cancelled for more than 6 months the membership fee will
apply on re-enrolment.
*Cancellation of membership forfeits any owed makeups.
